Clinical Applications of Craniosacral Therapy
Clinical Applications of Craniosacral Therapy has been developed to enhance students’ abilities in understanding specific conditions and to increase their professional level of evaluation and treatment. This workshop is designed to give practitioners of Craniosacral Therapy focus and tools in treating clinical conditions they will frequently encounter in their practices. It is open to all students who feel a level of confidence in the materials presented in a basic Craniosacral level I course.
Included in the lecture and hands-on techniques will be conditions of migraine, tension and cluster headaches, whiplash, TMJ dysfunctions, dental mechanics, birth trauma, hyperkinesis, stress disorders, dyslexia, autism, cerebral palsy, chronic spasticity, hearing disorders, tinnitus, vertigo and balance, visual problems, sinus disorders, epilepsy, stroke, pregnancy, menstrual disorders, and various cranial bone and cranial nerve lesions.
This workshop will include a comprehensive workbook designed to ensure that students have a ready reference source full of specific information, techniques, and photographs to take back to their practice.
Our relationship with our client is one of deep listening, waiting, and invocation. It is about bowing our heads with awe to the remarkable ability of the individual to heal itself.
The class will discuss the essential principles and skills of successful Craniosacral Therapy. It is a “hands-on” course. The goal of this course is to provide a significant shift in clinical consciousness that students may not get in other classes. Participants will complete this course with knowledge, experience, and confidence in treatment.
